OTJ is proud to announce a LEED EB Operations & Maintenance Certified Project.   Page Oelschig of OTJ’s Studio 4 led the LEED EB study and teamed with GPI Engineering to acquire certification for Silver Spring Plaza.

OTJ is taking full advantage of the spring weather and its rooftop “oasis” this season. Designer Kim Picklap recently became a certified yoga teacher, and leads hour-long morning yoga classes once a week on OTJ’s rooftop terrace.

Sean Lewis & Jina Lee of OTJ Architects’ Studio 4 recently participated in a Press Conference with Mayor Adrian M. Fenty and Executive Director of the Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization (OPEFM) Allen Y. Lew regarding the revocation efforts scheduled for the Bald Eagle Recreation Center.
