OTJ Celebrates our Newly Promoted Team Members!
OTJ Architects is pleased to announce the advancement of several key team members. Studio Director Amy Carter, IIDA, has been promoted to Senior Principal, our firm’s highest leadership position. For nearly 30 years, Amy has led the design and delivery of commercial interiors for clients spanning the private, nonprofit, and government sectors. She heads a team dedicated to landlord services projects such as commercial building repositioning and tenant buildouts.
This advancement recognizes not only her leadership of a successful practice but also her oversight of our firm’s library and internship programs. In addition, Amy exemplifies our Core Values and Cultural Principles by spearheading our community outreach efforts including OTJ’s participation in Canstruction and JDRF. She is also a regularly featured speaker at major real estate companies and brokerage firms as well as a portfolio critic at Marymount University where she serves on the Interior Design Advisory Council.
Director of Architecture and Operations Catherine Dolezal, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, and Director of Design Liz O’Hara, NCIDQ, LEED AP, have been promoted to Principal, our firm’s penultimate leadership position. OTJ has also promoted business and design leaders Christina Christian, Kendra Chong, Lucille Ynosencio, and Stacey Gracia, Associate IIDA to Associate Principal. Christina and Kendra were also advanced to Marketing Director roles.

Andrea Lynch, Chris Talbot, Gaston Dietz, Gelsie Isgro, Irene Kwon, John Donahue, Margaret Walsh, Matthew Goldberg, Ryland Auburn, Sam Geraci, and Vanessa Reisin were advanced to Senior Associate. Sam Geraci was also promoted to Senior Manager of Strategic Projects.
Ana Montano, Betsey Friedman, Donna McGrath, Erin Gavin, Jennifer Phan, Jireh Klein, Kris Saulsby, Laura Fischer, Maureen Hamilton, Olivia Murphy, Rami Cohen, Rachel Brennan, Robin Winkler, Shannon Dennis, Soo Young Yoo, and Trisha Falcigno were recognized as Associates.
Business Development team members Victoria Blaine, Killeen Rivers, and Sara Bodzy were promoted to Growth Operations Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and Strategic Partnerships Director respectively. Oriol Aguilo and Jack Radowich were promoted to Directors of Architecture. Lastly, Jackie Garcia was advanced to Director of Design.
