OTJ Welcomes Sara Kipfer as New York Studio Director
OTJ is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Kipfer as Studio Director of our New York office. Sara is a noted professional who has been instrumental in the design and delivery of over 2 million square feet of workplace, retail, hospitality and lifestyle, aviation, and higher education interiors in New York City and the surrounding region. Her portfolio includes workplaces for such notable clients as American Airlines, BlackRock, Citi, Discovery, and the Studio Museum of Harlem.
With a classical foundation in the arts, Sara fuses all elements of a space together to arrive at solutions that are cohesive, functional, and of high aesthetic value. Sara thrives in a collaborative atmosphere where the open exchange of ideas results in design solutions that challenge the status quo and propel business forward. She excels at developing concepts that adeptly enhance the end-user workplace experience while conforming to even the strictest budgetary and scheduling requirements.
Sara is also committed to nurturing the next generation of design talent. She finds fulfillment in teaching and sharing industry knowledge with her younger colleagues as she helps them grow and mature as professionals. Sara received a Bachelor of Fine Art, Environmental Interior Design, from Syracuse University.
