Congratulations to our Newly Promoted Staff!
OTJ Architects is pleased to announce the advancement of several key team members. Allison Laudicina Kahl, Associate IIDA, Alana Lopez, RA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, Jose “Chefe” Benitez, LEED AP, Kaan Dilber, AIA, LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP, and Natasha Tashian, IIDA, NCIDQ, have been promoted to Principal, our firm’s penultimate leadership position. Margaret Fogarty, IIDA, NCID, has been advanced to Principal and Studio Director.
CEO Lance Jaccard, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, remarked: “2021 presented our firm with unique challenges that we could not have met without the talent, resourcefulness, and integrity of our firm’s leaders. As we continue to diversify our services and expand our geographic reach, these promotions reflect the value and impact of our long-standing commitment to attracting and retaining our industry’s top talent.”
OTJ has also promoted several other business and design leaders: Becky Boyer, Christina Christian, Corcoran Canfield, Katherine Tong, Katie Schiavi, Michelle Yack, Natalie Davidson, Oriol Aguilo, Renee Laskey, Sarah Shuba, Stacey Gracia, Thomas Neal, and Thorne Ransom were promoted to Senior Associate. Catherine Dolezal and Liz O’Hara were advanced to Senior Associate as well as Director of Architecture and Director of Design respectively.
Alvia Howard, Andrea Lynch, Erica Penttila, Erica Woody, Greg Savage, Jeff Gillway, Jessica Sanders, Jorge Medina, Hannah Cao, Kendra Chong, Lauren Barmann, Marie Sanon-Charles, and Michael Roden were promoted to Associate. In addition, Jean McGinty was advanced to Director of Architecture while Colleen Uphouse and Sharissa Fedee were promoted to Marketing Manager. John Donahue was promoted to Project Manager.
